How Account Deletion Works
At Rollup, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your Rollup account and all related information either directly within the mobile app (via Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by submitting a deletion request through this page.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Your user profile, authentication records, and email address.
- All event rolls created by you (as a host).
- All photos, albums, and media uploaded by you or stored in your rolls.
- All guest association records and temporary tokens linked to your account.
* Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your rolls and pictures cannot be recovered.
Submit a Deletion Request
Enter the email address associated with your Rollup account below to generate a deletion request to our privacy team, or email us directly at support@rollup.life.
Retention Period
Requests submitted through this web form are processed within 48 hours. When you delete your account directly inside the mobile app, your account and photos are wiped from our active databases immediately.
